Explains the circumstances of the expressing journey of Christina, Phil and 16 day old Taylor and talks about skin-to-skin starting with footage of Taylor skin-to-skin with Christina and dad, Phil, holding and stroking Taylor’s hand and then goes onto show Phil skin-to-skin with Taylor. The clip then goes on to show mum, Christina, double pump expressing while dad, Phil holds Taylor skin-to-skin. The clip continues with Christina with phone footage of Taylor while pump expressing and shows how interchangeable cloths can be helpful to expressing along with breast massage techniques and what hormones are involved.
